READ THE STORY AND VIEW LIVE
Readers of The Northern Scot can now tune into an extra-special service by seeing Moray Council meetings and committee meetings through live and archived webcasts – the first time this has been made available in Scotland through a newspaper website.
A webcast is a transmission of audio and video over the internet. Through the use of your internet connection (either broadband or via a dial-up modem) and Windows Media Player, you can view the meetings live on your PC and Apple Mac. If you have problems accessing our webcasts, please see the Help and FAQ section.
Should you miss a meeting, or would like to see a section of the meeting again, you can call up the archive of the webcast. The archives allow you to view the meeting at your leisure and, through the use of the index points, jump to a specific agenda point or speaker.
It's easy to use and all part of The Northern Scot's unrivalled coverage of local democracy at work.
